Big News!!! (Small Steps Lead to Success)

Dear Friend,

How's your week going so far?  If you're like us, you might be downing several cups of coffee to meet some tight deadlines!  One thing's for sure, if you've set your mind to it, your goal is doable, attainable, and achievable!  Just don't give up!

One of the things we wanted to do from the very start of our business was to be helpful and resourceful to others.  Unfortunately, when you're new to the playing field, it takes time to 1) find your voice, and 2) build a {listening} audience.  Even though we had to wait until we were a little more established to achieve this goal, it's been worth the wait.  One of the things life experience has taught us is that "good things do come to those who wait."  Patience is truly a virtue and we're so glad the opportunity has come for us to finally start somewhere.

This may not be huge, and we're certainly not philosophers, but, "the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step", right?  Everybody who's ever gone on a journey had to start somewhere.  Every human being had to learn how to crawl before walking, taking little baby steps at first before striding or running.  That same principle can be applied to everything we do in life.  Our success depends on our ability to keep moving, even in times of difficulty and scarcity.

So what's the big news?  We were featured on Life, Lens and Blog on their Advice for New Photographers blog post (January 25, 2017). We finally got a chance to say something that would help someone else build their business and encourage a new business owner.  Our little snippet of wisdom is under our Instagram handle gary_rawls. We certainly believe in community over competition, and this feature on a guest blog is but a small step in our long journey of helping others.

Thank you for taking the time to share with us on our journey, and we hope to encourage you along the way in yours!

Until next time, take care and may God smile upon you.

Prayers,

Gary and Angenise
